New Zealand Kaka
Today I went back into the sanctuary and saw this NZ Parrot eating fruit with a tree in front of its body hence I could only take an image of it eating. The black area on its left side is a shadow of the branch. I can spend hours on the track watching these birds strip bark off trees and eat berries.
