Red Knot
I’m not sure what is going on in this one. The Red Knot appears to be yawning and it looks like there is a joint in the tongue. If anyone know what this shows please let me know.

Either it swallowed some animal and that is the animals foot sticking out, or maybe that is why it is called red knot.
