Here’s a Yellow-headed Blackbird I saw perched on barbed wire in the Ft. Pierre National Grasslands in South Dakota last year.  I’ve modified the same shot three different ways – take a look and let me know which version you like the best.  Version 1 shows some grasses beneath the bird.
