Let’s look at a refection composition from two different views. This time the image is of one of my favorite ducks, a male Wood Duck. In the first image I centered the composition on the line where the bird meets its reflection.
In the second composition I’ve positioned the head in the reflection just above the bottom of the frame and the upper gridline of my Rule-of-Thirds cropping tool went through the eye of the “live” duck.
