On our last trip to Holland, Michigan Karen and I went with Carl and Judi to my favorite park, Stu Visser Trails. Stu has a variety of habitats and can be relied upon for some Great Bird Pics every time we go there. It was a bright and sunny day and standing on a platform overhanging a pond I was able to get some shots of a Ruby-throated Hummingbird feeding on the purple flowers there (pretty, but invasive plant). Here are four of my best shots:
