I find that one of the hardest shots to take is when the bird is on the ground or close to it. The camera has a difficult time finding the edges of the bird when it blends into the varied elements on the ground. Somehow Avneet Kaur was able to focus her camera on this Short-eared Owl just as it took off. An impressive feat and Great Bird Pic!
