Bajadreamer is among our finest bird photographers on Great Bird Pics. Although I believe he takes most of the photographs shared here, sometimes he submits a photograph taken by his wife – I can’t tell the difference by looking at the images so they both must be excellent bird photographers. Here are some recently shared photos.
Bajadreamer has been working on getting a low perspective on the birds he photographs and he said he was sitting in the lake as he took this beautiful shot of a Mandarin Duck. Click the pic to read more about setting up the shot and how this exotic bird got there.
Here’s another low shot – with a reflection! Spotted Wood-quail in Costa Rica this time.
Take a long look at this composition. The bird is to the left and there is a wide crop, which includes a lot of the foliage. The detail on the bird is perfect and you can travel along the branch to the background, which doesn’t distract. GreatBirdPic, Bajadreamer!
