Barn Swallow

Feeding time

Viewed 11 Times

Barn Swallow are commonly seen at Ottawa Sands. The young wait on the wire above the trail so it makes it easy to get some flight photos. I liked the spread trail in this photo.

I haven’t notice the white band on the tail of the Tree Sparrow before – at first look I thought it was a Barn Swallow. Great shot of the adult poking its beak right down into the mouth of the young.
