We were at Chain O’Lakes State Park yesterday with our dear friends Teri and Dennis for some hiking and a picnic. When we arrived two Sandhill Cranes were foraging in a grassy area right next to the parking lot by the Concession Stand. One of the cranes was banded. See next picture for more info.
