Guianan Cock-of-the-Rock

WildZ commented that he liked the glow of the Guianan Cock-of-the-Rock head feathers in one of the photos I posted last week. Also, some of my family members questioned the shape of the bird’s head.

I like this close-up because the back lighting causes the bird’s crest to glow and also causes the crest to be partially transparent, making the shape of the bird’s head visible.
