We were on our way out after hiking Stu Visser Trail and I spotted this American Bittern not too far from the trail.
Stu Visser is one of my favorite places in the midwest to bird. Nothing particularly special about it but a great habitat on both sides of the path. Glad you got the Bittern – great shot.
